1. Booking Guidelines
All transportation services must be scheduled at least "24 hours in advance".
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our online scheduling system (if applicable).
Clients must provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment times, and any special mobility needs.
Same-day bookings may be accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.
2. Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent via phone, text, or email once the booking is accepted.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and verifying the details of their scheduled ride.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least "24 hours prior" to the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a "full-service fee".
No-shows or failure to be present at the pickup location may result in full billing and suspension of future service.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a ride at no charge if done at least "24 hours in advance".
Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
5. Emergency Exceptions
In the event of a verified medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, cancellation fees may be waived at the company’s discretion.
