1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Electronic bank transfers (ACH)
Cash (only for pre-approved clients)
Medicaid or insurance billing (if applicable and authorized)
2. Payment Due Dates
Private Pay Clients:
Payment is due at the time of booking or prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Contracted Entities:
Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Insurance/Medicaid:
Payment timelines are subject to third-party processing schedules.
3. Late Payments
A late fee of $25 may be applied to invoices unpaid after 15 days.
Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.
Continued non-payment may result in collections or legal action.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or same-day cancellations unless due to verified medical emergencies.
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 7 business days if eligible.
5. Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
